1. Packaging & Product Protection
All items are packed with protective materials and reinforced cartons. If damage occurs due to packaging failure, we will provide a complimentary replacement or full refund upon verification.
2. Order Processing Time
Each piece is handmade. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days from payment confirmation (excluding weekends and local public holidays). During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing time may increase.
3. Shipping & Estimated Delivery
Free standard shipping to most destinations worldwide (availability shown at checkout). Delivery estimates are typically 8–15 business days and may vary depending on destination and local postal conditions.
4. Tracking Number
A tracking number is provided upon dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate in the carrier’s system.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country. If not collected at checkout, these charges may be requested by the carrier or customs upon delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility.
6. Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by customs procedures, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control, but we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve issues.
7. Address Accuracy & Returned Shipments
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, refusal, or unclaimed status, the buyer is responsible for any secondary reshipment costs.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your order is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 15 calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date for investigation.
- If your order arrives damaged, retain all packaging and contact us with photos within 7 calendar days of delivery.
